Live Support Instructions: In the left hand navigation area you will see an example of the Live Support system. This is an example of what your site visitors would be presented with. This button could be fully customized to match the look and feel of your web site.
Feel free to click it and try it out. If a member of our staff is available then the button will blink ONLINE and we will be able to converse with you. However if we are not available then the button will read OFFLINE and you will be given the opportunity to send us an email right from the site.
